Adam
Director
As the founder and hands-on Director of Sharpe & Co, Adam Sharpe brings over 10 years of experience in residential construction, and a genuine passion for building homes that reflect the people who live in them. From his early days on the tools to leading a dedicated team, Adam’s journey through the building industry has been shaped by hard work, honesty, and a strong focus on doing things the right way.
What truly sets Adam apart is his approachable, down-to-earth nature. Clients often comment on how easy he is to talk to and how comfortable they feel throughout the building process. Whether he’s walking through a site, answering questions, or helping you visualise your finished space, Adam takes the time to listen, offer clear guidance, and ensure every detail is thoughtfully considered.
He believes that great building isn’t just about solid structures, it’s about trust, communication, sustainability and creating a positive experience from start to finish. That’s why Adam is personally involved in every project Sharpe & Co takes on, ensuring high standards are met and homeowners feel supported every step of the way.

Originally born in Cape Town South Africa, before moving to Australia when he was 10.
Sarah
General Manager
Sarah is the General Manager at Sharpe & Co, the steady, organising force who keeps every part of the business running with purpose and care. With a natural ability to hold multiple responsibilities at once, she oversees the day-to-day operations of the company while leading all marketing and client communications.
Her eye for storytelling and detail makes her a natural fit for the marketing side of the business. From curating project photography and managing social media to ensuring clients always feel informed and supported, Sarah brings thoughtfulness and warmth to every interaction. She's the person behind the scenes ensuring nothing falls through the cracks, and that the team always has what it needs to deliver.
Outside of work, Sarah is a proud mum of three who values balance deeply. She approaches both family and business life with calm, intentionality, and genuine care for the people around her, always there with a listening ear and a grounded perspective when it matters most.

Before helping run the business, Sarah completed her diploma in childcare and worked in the field for 7 years, before having three children of her own!
Ezra
Site Supervisor
With over 8+ years of experience, Ezra has been with us since the very beginning and continues to be a cornerstone of our team. As our lead carpenter, he combines exceptional craftsmanship with a sharp eye for detail and a deep commitment to quality in every build.
Known for his caring nature and great sense of humour, Ezra brings a positive energy to every job site. He takes the time to understand each client's vision, offers thoughtful insights, and ensures every element is finished to the highest standard. Whether he's constructing custom features, managing large-scale projects, or mentoring junior team members, Ezra leads with precision, patience, and pride.
His dedication shows in every cut, joint, and carefully planned detail, he doesn’t just build structures, he builds trust and lasting relationships.

Joel
Lead Carpenter
Joel joined the Sharpe & Co. team in
2021, and in just a few short years, he’s become an essential part of what we do. With a strong work ethic, a dedication to getting the job done right, and a sense of humour that keeps the crew laughing, Joel brings a great balance of skill and personality to every project.
Whether he's tackling a tricky build or lending a hand wherever it’s needed, Joel shows up ready to work hard, and enjoy the process along the way. His positive attitude and reliable nature make him a favourite with both the team and our clients.
From early starts to final finishes, Joel's always there with a smile (and usually a good joke).

Josh
Apprentice Carpenter
Josh began his journey with Sharpe & Co. as an apprentice and has quickly become a key part of our team. His commitment to learning and passion for the craft are clear in everything he does. Whether he's working alongside the crew or tackling a new task, Josh approaches every job with loyalty to the team and a genuine desire to improve.
With a friendly, down-to-earth personality, he’s always ready for a chat and helps keep the team spirit high. Josh is focused on developing his skills, and we’re excited to watch him grow in the trade.
We’re lucky to have him on board as he builds his future with us!
Fun fact about Josh:
In his spare time he enjoys paintball, going to the driving range and bike riding.
